‘The Incredibles’ Would’ve Been Super Gloomy If Christopher Nolan Directed It [Video]

Pixar’sThe Incredibles is a story about a family of superheroes who have tried to settle into mundane suburban life, until a super-villain named Syndrome looks to reshape society and become a hero himself at the Parr family’s expense (in case you forgot). Sounds like the formula for a Christopher Nolan movie, right? Well Bobby Burns put this edit together of The Incredibles to prove how well that would actually turn out to be.

The themes throughout The Incredibles are basically a social commentary about what it means to be super, which could be explored in very dark ways. I think this a brilliant mash-up, but there’s only one thing missing. If Christopher Nolan was to really direct The Incredibles, surely there’ll be a whole lot more (wait for it) BWAAAAAAAAAAA. Especially when the Omnidroid is first seen emerging.
