Daniel Radcliffe Is The Face Of Evil In The ‘Horns’ Trailer [Video]

This Halloween, Daniel Radcliffe stars in the upcoming movie, Horns, based on Joe Hill‘s horror fantasy novel from 2010 of the same title. Radcliffe plays the character of Ig Perrish, who is accused of viciously murdering his girlfriend. However, the murder mystery is only the tip of the iceberg as Ig starts growing horns out of his head that compel people to do evil things.

I haven’t read Horns, but I’m well impressed with how the trailer looks. You can see that there’s much more behind the death of Merrin Williams (Juno Temple), and it’s presented in a way that doesn’t give anything away (apart from the obvious growth of the horns). The story itself sounds super intriguing, and it’s interesting to see a horror movie have a suspenseful whodunnit? approach.

I wasn’t convinced with Daniel Radcliffe’s previous performance in The Woman In Black. I don’t think he’s suited for those darker, melancholic roles, but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt considering how amped this trailer got me. Here’s hoping he can pull it off and not look like an Edward Cullen version of Satan.
