Tomorrowland Trailer Heads To The Future

Brad Bird has a way of making everything and anything look exciting. Even George Clooney firing himself into the sky in a bathtub. In fact, let’s just talk about that moment in the Tomorrowland trailer a second longer: when was the last time something that fun and silly happened in a big summer blockbuster? Hell, when was the last time George Clooney did something fun and silly in a movie? Basically, Tomorrowland looks awesome.

Tomorrowland made the list of our 10 most anticipated films in 2015 and that’s mostly because of Brad Bird. Okay, it’s entirely because of Brad Bird, but the film also looks like a lot of fun. This is even though it’s based on a Disney theme park about the future as seen from the perspective of the 1960s. Although the Tomorrowland trailer doesn’t necessarily seem like it’s saying this is the future? Maybe it’s another world entirely. And George Clooney isn’t involved in it anymore because Dr. House took control? And only one girl can unite/save them all? Ah, just watch the damn trailer. The visuals are amazing.
