The Night Out: Red Bull Thre3Style

Have you ever played DJ Hero or listened to some crazy mash-up tracks, wondering how the hell the DJ managed to mix some James Brown funk with AC/DC’s ‘Highway to Hell’? The Night Out: Raving Like It was Y2K

Photos by Johnson Chen of Freedom Seekers

I’m not one to go on about FOMO. There will be other nights to go out, get fucked and dance with your friends somewhere along the line. Probably the week after. The bouncer didn’t ask me where my ID was or comment on my outfit but instead asked me what the password was. I must admit, I felt like quite the special smart-ass as I muttered the secret phrase on my way in. The Untamed Youth vibe hit me immediately: people were having a great time groovin’ & boozin’ and it would be difficult for anyone not to. Tommy-Gun (Thomas de Moyencourt, who runs the Untamed Youth parties) said that it was a different experience compared to CT, which was weird in a good way.
