Geez what the fuck! Another Australian Indie band?! Don’t hate. Don’t hate! I’m not sorry. Climbing Walls is a great track to get your weekend started, so shuddup. I think it’s the hyperactive synths that do it for me, or maybe those catchy claps, or maybe it’s the ‘ooh-ooh-ooooh’? It’s probably all of the above. The video is also so tropically fucking cool (seriously, watch it), the dance moves make me want to put on short shorts and jam in the streets in this cold-ass weather. You might’ve also heard this track on the Kitsuné Compilation 10: The Fireworks Issue, but Strange Talk have a debut album of their own lined up for this year, so we’ll be sure to get our hands on it as soon as it gets released.
